The 120-day guarantee

Wear Seoul Beauty Society mascara every day for up to 120 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, we refund you in full, even if the tube is opened or empty.

The guarantee covers every tube in your order, including the 2-tube and 4-tube sets.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@seoulbeautysociety.com or write to us through our contact page with your order number and the word "refund". We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, and confirm the next steps.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

No subscription

Your order is a one-off purchase. We never sign you up to anything you didn't choose.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. It does not replace them.
